My Rolex is the same as the one picture below which was copied from your website. It is now 19 years old and it has only been back to Rolex once since I got it and that was at least 10 years ago.

It just stopped working. So tell me:

Do you charge a flat rate to repair or is it by estimate?

Ans: We have both flat rates and we also do estimates.

What is the turn around time?

Ans: This depends on our work load and can vary from time to time. Most generally speaking it takes two to three weeks.

Once I send it to you how do I know I will get it back?

Ans: You will get your watch back. We have no interest in keeping someones Rolex watch. We value our reputation.

I really do not like generic parts. I do understand that often times the same company making the generics also makes the original. But I also know that because of patents or proprietary agreements there are differences and sometimes the differences make a difference in performance or wear life.

Ans: The Rolex and for that matter, most watches have precision parts. If a generic part is used it would have to be an exact match or fit otherwise the watch would not function as it should.

What is your warranty on repairs?

Ans: Same as Rolex.

In the event I use you can you give me an idea of how much I should insure the shipment?

Ans: We always suggest that watches sent to us for service or repair should be sent using Registered Mail. Registered items are kept under lock and key by the Post Office until we pick them up. Because they are locked up and signed for by each postal employee that handles them your need for excessive insurance in not necessary. A modest amount of insurance will usually be all that is needed.
