Identifying a Rolex |

I have a vintage Rolex but I am having a difficult time identifying it and wonder if anyone is willing to help me.It is not in the original case,therefore I do not have a serial # but it clearly says Rolex 15 jewels and there are also the letters FSAR on the back.I know nothing about watches other than that they tell time and was hoping someone might be willing to help me identify this watch.I can also take a photo and email it if required.

Thanks for taking the time to post your question here. If it is at all possible, can you take a few pictures and email them to us at RolexService@aol.com.
The FSAR is probably located on the regulator. This would stand for Fast Slow Advance Retard. This is to regulate the watch for minors adjustments in its ability to keep time, When we have the pictures in hand, we might be able to identify it in a more positive way for you. Thank you for your help.I am attaching some photographs.They are the best I could get with my camera. If these photos are of no help I can try and take some under better conditions.And what do you think the dollar value, if any, of this watch would be?
We took a look at your pictures, but sorry to say, we could not really make them out. The pictures were really dark. The one good thing, it does say Rolex on the movement. It looks, from the dark outline, that it is a gents older model Bubble back. We will send you more information via your email address.

We gave you all the information that we could in view of the pictures you sent to us.
As we said before, if you can take some pictures that can actually be seen, we can help you. But you have never managed to do that, so what do you expect? Your pictures are very dark, and out of focus. The only thing we can tell you, is that it does not appear to be a wrist watch. We can see no lugs, so it appears to be a pocket watch, of which Rolex made many. It may also be a ladies pendant watch, from guessing by its size in relationship to your fingers..... We can't tell you much when we can't even see the pictures.
